An adult and a child cannot be taught the same way — they are different people with different motivations, life contexts, and ways of perception. At Hotspot, we do not just teach. We create conditions in which an adult specialist systematically trains the skill — using materials that make sense to them.
We value your time.
We do not spend sessions on what you can do independently. Theory, preparation, and part of the exercises are assigned as homework, while synchronous time with the teacher is used for practice, interaction, feedback, error correction, and live speaking.
We do not cover the topic
We maintain the position that English does not appear from the fact that a student understands a rule or listens to an explanation. It appears when a person tries to say it many times, makes mistakes, receives feedback, and tries again, but more accurately, quickly, and confidently. Therefore, at Hotspot, a lesson is not a lecture, but training.
